In my previous career as a professional nanny, I had first hand experience of working in different homes and it was clear that often people simply can’t see through the muddle or find the time to declutter and reorganise. And I saw how much calmer and more relaxed my employers became after experiencing the benefits of having an organised living space. Once my own twins arrived, my ability to create order from chaos proved invaluable and so I decided to help others achieve calm, free from clutter.
I then completed the highly-acclaimed ‘Professional Organising’ course (run by APDO) and worked alongside fellow Professional Organiser Vicky Silverthorn (author of ‘Start with Your Sock Drawer’) before launching In Perfect Order.
